HP reveals 27-inch 2790m monitor

HP has introduced a new monitor dubbed HP 2790m. This 27-inch monitor boasts of 1920 x 1080pixel resolution. This monitor also doubles as a TV set. The 2790m is said to be the largest LCD in the mainstream computer market.

The monitor flaunts a dynamic contrast ratio of 30,000:1 and an anti-glare coating. The 400 nits of brightness ensure a clear and sharp display. The HP monitor incorporates multiple input ports like HDMI, VGA and DVI. This feature allows users to connect their DVD players to this monitor and enjoy their favorite movies.

The monitor can also be tilted and swiveled to provide better viewing angles. The monitor features an approximate response time of 5ms. Measuring 26.43″(w) x 18.45″(h) x 8.41″(d), the monitor comes equipped with 4 watt.
